B12 - Last Days of Silence LIMITED EDITION SIGNED TIN (B12 RECORDS)

WAREHOUSE FIND - LIMITED COPIES! The eagerly anticipated and brand new B12 album is indeed upon us, proving that there is certainly life yet in UK techno. A sterling presentation here from the guys who gave us the iconic Electro Soma. All the new tracks from the recent EPs are here including Slope, Magnetic Fields, 32 Lineup and Omni Therapy, which you will no doubt already be familiar with. Other immediate hits, for me anyhow, are Don't Be Afraid, for its dark, menacing suggestion; alongside a classic sounding Redcell remix of a further new composition, More than One, which should satisfy the fans of those old twelve inches and another instant favourite, Isolation on Demuba, a sublime, spacey, otherworldly sounding alien conception. The remaining tracks are somewhat more quirky and will require deeper listening to gain a fuller understanding, which is by no means a negative factor, as overall the album gels very well into a cohesive base for hopefully further B12 vinyl explorations. Also included is the added bonus disc which features live performances of various works, recorded in the UK, Germany and Belgium.

This special limited edition is lavishly packaged in a metal tin containing exclusive stickers and postcards and is limited to just 360 copies worldwide. Each tin is individually signed by both band members, Steve Rutter and Mike Golding.

This set was originally available exclusively via the B12 Records website and B12 have very kindly made available to Interstellar Sounds a small quantity of these for sale.
