Kevin Saunderson knocked Rock to the Beat together in a couple of hours to give FFRR a bonus b-side to his 'The Sound'. The Belgium nu-beat scene made it an anthem and cover versions had hits in France and Holland. Again you can't beat the original - Detroit techno perfection. The remix here is by Derrick May.Juan Atkins added beautiful synthy electro jazz to the Detroit techno landscape of his classic, The Chase. This is one of his finest offerings, and was actually mixed in the UK at one of the studios used by Network.
