Reese Project aka Kevin Saunderson's slant on Sounds Of Blackness threatened to become as big a crossover success as his Inner City juggernaut at one stage. The Joey Negro version here of Direct Me is possibly the best remix of any Network track - just perfect.Forget the recent cover version of this Rhythm on the Loose anthem and discount the various remixes as in this case the original is simply the best, a record pefect for its time and happily marrying Moby, Salsoul and catchy UK Rave.
