SAN SODA - Quilombo (WE PLAY HOUSE)

From the unlikely village of Deinze, near Ghent, comes a new Belgian label called We Play House Recordings. The label is the brainchild of Red D, a veteran Belgian jock that has been active on the DJ scene for well over 15 years. Red D's fine ear for quality has taken aboard San Soda, a young producer he happened to stumble across on the football pitch. The first release will be a limited vinyl-only affair by San Soda, bridging that gap between the deepest of Detroit and the finest of Europe, featuring the tracks Quilombo and 20070505, both of which having caused quite a stir these last months in the many sets of Red D and the artist himself.
